SAUNA TIPS

hello for our sauna lovers, we welcome you and happy to see you part of our wellness community.
HERE ARE SOME SAUNA TIPS FOR BEGINNERS! 

*first we apply our swimsuit (necked if you alone and safe) THEN WE APPLY A SAUNA HAT ! 

1. we will put a time for 15-20 min 

2. we divide the sound session for three parts: first 5 min is breathing to prepare you body , next 5 min you will start your stretching technique, then last 5 min you will do your workout routine ! Last minutes you have Focus on meditation. 

3. Get ready to go out for a COLD PLUNGE FOR 3-10 min leave your sauna hat on !!! try to stretch when plunging

4. Hang your hat on side and go for 15 min STRAM SAUNA !
